Registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) under the RISC Act 2016, at Yr Hafan Nursing Home, we have 26 Nursing and Residential Care places for males and females over the age of 45, who find themselves unable to cope on their own or need nursing care around the clock from registered and qualified professionals.
Our residential care home is ideally located and is close to many local amenities, including local pubs, restaurants, shops and a chemist and GP surgery. We welcome visitors and promote the wellbeing of all of our residents, both physically and mentally. We provide support and care for those staying with us and their families too.
